Why Real Feedback Matters in the World of Secure Email
In the world of privacy-first tools, trust is everything. That’s why real Atomic Mail reviews are more than just compliments — they’re our product compass. They show us what’s working, what needs love, and what features should land on our roadmap next.
We believe building a secure email platform isn’t just about encryption and code (although we’ve got plenty of that). It’s about listening – really listening – to what users want. A single Atomic Mail review might lead to a UI tweak. Ten similar suggestions? That might change the next product release entirely.

We love the enthusiasm! We're working hard to deliver a secure email experience that can compete with – or even surpass – big names like ProtonMail. This kind of Atomic Mail review fires us up, as one of our goals is to become a better ProtonMail alternative.

Dark mode is one of the most requested features (and it’s on the way in Q2 2025!). We’re glad our users like the UI — Atomic Mail reviews often highlight the clean, modern design.

It's great to see people getting creative with their inbox experience already! We're planning to add avatars and other personalization options in the long run.

Cheers for the support – IMAP/SMTP is a big one. It's planned for late 2025 (Q3-Q4). A lot of Atomic Mail reviews show just how ready our user base is to fully migrate.

We’re so glad you’re enjoying Atomic Mail so far! And yep – we’ve already launched a mobile web version so you can check your inbox from anywhere. Full mobile apps are landing soon too. As for Gmail… we totally get it. We all have that one toxic ex that may be hard to delete... until we meet what we really deserve. 😉

Common Questions Based on Your Feedback
We're still a pretty new product on the private email market, so we're learning and building fast – and we're doing it with you. We get Atomic Mail reviews and feature suggestions every day, and while we can't roll everything out at once (there's just so much to do 🥹), we want you to know we hear you. Every piece of feedback helps us shape the future of Atomic Mail.
To keep things transparent, here are answers to the most frequently asked questions – many of which come directly from Atomic Mail reviews and community chats. And don't forget to check out our Q2–Q3 2025 roadmap for all the upcoming feature drops!
🔐 How secure is Atomic Mail?
Security is fundamental to Atomic Mail, employing multiple encryption layers. We use industry-standard TLS 1.3 for data in transit, while end-to-end encryption (E2EE) protects your message content.
Emails between people using Atomic Mail are protected by our own advanced Atomic Encryption (powered by ECIES). For secure external communication, we offer password-protected emails and encryption as ZIP files. All of this is built on a zero-access architecture, which means we can't decrypt your E2EE emails. Our Atomic Encryption is a great balance between security and performance.

📱 When will the mobile apps be ready?
We’ve already rolled out a mobile web version that works great in your browser. But yes – full standalone mobile apps are coming in Q2–Q3 2025. We really appreciate all the feedback we've received asking for this feature – it's one of our top priorities.
🌐 When can I connect my own domain?
Custom domain support is coming in Q2–Q3 2025 as part of our upcoming subscription plans. It’s a must-have for many of you running businesses, and we’re building it with care.
🌚 Will there be a dark theme?
Great news! You'll be able to give your inbox some midnight vibes in Q2 2025. The demand is real, and Atomic Mail reviews made it clear – we're in a hurry.
🤔 Is it easy enough for my non-techy partner?
Absolutely. Atomic Mail is designed to be simple and intuitive. Many Atomic Mail reviews mention that even first-time users get the hang of it quickly. And if anything’s unclear, our support team is always just one message away.
🔢 What about IMAP access?
We know IMAP is a big deal for advanced users. It’s in the works and planned for Q3–Q4 2025. Stay tuned for updates!
💳 Do you have subscription plans?
Right now, Atomic Mail is 100% free. In Q2–Q3 2025, we’ll be introducing paid plans to support continued development. Don’t worry — core features will stay free forever. Paid features will focus on advanced workflows and business tools.
🔐 Will Atomic Mail go open-source?
Atomic Mail is going through an active development phase at the moment, so an open source release is a bit premature, but it's something we're considering for the future. Keep an eye out for more info on our roadmap about open-sourcing parts of our platform in the future.
We’re Listening: What We Improved Based on Feedback
