What’s inside our first premium subscription

Atomic Mail Plus is built to give you stronger privacy, more control, faster workflows, and greater efficiency in your day-to-day email. Here’s what you get with it.

✅ Everything in the Free plan

Atomic Mail Plus includes everything you already have in our Free plan:

• All essential email functionality – send and receive emails, search inbox, filters, folders, labels.
• Modern encryption by default – TLS 1.3 for all connections.
• Three end-to-end encryption options:
  
  • Advanced Atomic Encryption between Atomic Mail users.
  • Password encryption for any provider. You can send end-to-end encrypted emails even to Gmail, Outlook, or any other email service.
  • Zip-file encryption – another universal option for secure sending to traditional providers.
• Self-destructing messages that delete after the timer you set.
• Unlimited storage for all your messages.

🛡️ Hide My Email

Hide My Email lets you create up to 150 inbound-only email addresses that forward mail to your main inbox.

They’re perfect for:

• Signing up for new services
• Newsletters and promos
• One-off registrations where you don’t fully trust the sender

You just type the service name – say, “Spotify” – and we create you a Hide My Email address (like spotify-syiaksh7sn2ksii@atomicmail.io).

You can’t send emails from these addresses (they’re receive-only), but you can disable or delete them anytime if they start getting spam or you don’t need them anymore.

Important note: deleting or disabling a Hide My Email address doesn’t free up a slot in your 150-address limit.

🎭 15 aliases

With Atomic Mail Plus, you get 15 full aliases (vs 10 on Free plan).

Aliases are full-featured email addresses you can both send from and receive to. Use them to:

• Separate work, personal, and side projects
• Keep a clean public-facing identity
• Rotate addresses without losing access to your account

Every alias works with all the same encryption and privacy features as your main address.

🤖 AI features suite

Atomic Mail Plus comes with a private AI suite to help you communicate faster and more safely.

1. Help me Write ✏️

Your personal AI email editor, that:

• Drafts emails from scratch
• Writes relevant replies based on conversation context (Help Me Answer)
• Changes tone (more formal, more friendly, simplified)
• Shortens and expands text
• Polishes your writing while keeping your voice

Perfect for replies, cold outreach and any other messages where you're feeling uninspired.

2. Translator 🌐

Our Translator works on incoming emails and supports 135 languages.

• Translate emails into your language
• Understand foreign messages at a glance
• Communicate across borders without copy-pasting to external tools

3. Grammar checker 🧑‍🏫

Grammar checker works on most major languages and helps you:

• Fix grammar and spelling
• Clean up awkward phrasing
• Avoid embarrassing mistakes in important emails

4. Summarizer ⏱️

Got a long message or thread with 40 replies? The Summarizer:

• Condenses long emails and threads into short key points
• Highlights actions, decisions, and context
• Helps you catch up in seconds instead of scrolling for minutes

5. Security helper 🔒

This is Atomic Mail's unique AI feature.

The Security helper scans your drafts for potentially sensitive data and prompts you to encrypt the message if needed.

Here’s how it works:

1. You write your email as usual.
2. You click Send without encrypting your message.
3. If the system detects sensitive content (like personal data in the subject or/and body), a pop-up appears suggesting that you enable encryption before sending.
4. If you prefer, you can ignore the suggestion or disable Security Helper completely from the same pop-up.

AI checks happen only when you try to send an unencrypted message. The Security helper never accesses your encrypted emails, and we never store or collect the content it analyzes.

6. Read emails aloud 🔉

Prefer listening over reading? Our Read Aloud feature turns any message into audio so you can keep up with your inbox on the go. It’s especially useful when you are driving, walking the dog, resting your eyes after a long day, or just want better accessibility. Just press play and listen.

⚠️ How we handle AI & privacy. We take your privacy as seriously as our encryption. Our AI features are designed to help you – never to harvest your data.

Here’s what that means:

• No training on your data. We never use your emails, prompts, or AI results to train AI models.
• Encrypted means untouchable. If a message is end-to-end encrypted, our AI can’t ever access it – neither content nor attachments.

You stay in control of when AI is used and what it sees.
