🧠 AI Features Suite
We’re thrilled to introduce a full set of AI tools built right into Atomic Mail, designed to boost productivity and make email smarter and easier than ever.
1. Help Me Write
Your personal AI email writer & rewriter. Draft emails from scratch, change the tone, shorten or expand text, and keep your messages polished and professional.
Just enter your prompt (for example, “write an invitation for my 29th birthday party”) and get an instant result. If you don’t like the outcome, you can regenerate it, adjust the tone, or refine the length until it’s exactly right.
2. Security Helper
AI privacy assistant that scans drafts for sensitive data and suggests encryption before sending if needed.
Just write your email as you normally would. If you try to send it unencrypted but the system detects potentially sensitive information (like personal data in attachments, subject, or body), a pop-up will appear suggesting you enable encryption. This works automatically in the background after you click Send, protecting you in case you accidentally forget to encrypt.
3. Text To Voice
AI text to speech that reads your emails aloud. Great on the go, for accessibility, or simply resting your eyes.
4. Voice To Text
Dictate instead of typing. Our AI email generator converts speech into structured, ready-to-send emails.
5. Summarizer
AI summarizer that condenses long emails or email threads into key points, highlighting actions, decisions, and context.
⚠️ Important: For your privacy protection, AI features never scan or access encrypted emails.
This is an early release – a more advanced, higher-quality version with extra features is coming soon in our paid plan.
🐛 Bug Fixes & Improvements
A great email experience is a smooth one. Our team is working hard to hunt down bugs, and with the invaluable help of your feedback (especially from our active Discord community), we've rolled out significant improvements. Here are some of the key fixes you'll see:
- Fixed UTP code display bugs in messages
- Resolved message deletion issues
- Improved UI performance and fixed layout bugs
- Fixed folder-to-folder message movement
- Email counters are now accurate
